Sue

Sue joined the Los Angeles Hiking group on Feb. 1, 2009.  One of her first hikes with the group was led by Chris.  Due to Chris’s encouraging words, she was able to conquer hikes she never thought she could do.  In the last year and a half, Sue has joined a few other hiking groups, hiking almost every day.  Throughout her life, she has volunteered her time to different organizations doing what she could to help others.  When Chris posted the “Baldy for the Blind” program, she immediately RSVP’d YES.  The program consisted of the two things she loved- hiking and helping others get out on the trails.

In her  professional life Sue is a Dental Assistant.  When not working or hiking she enjoys time with family and friends along with sewing and crafting.
